 ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE (EPC)  

The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) gives an energy rating for a specific property. This rating is governed by the property's construction, its type of heating, type of glazing, its proximity to other properties, amongst other factors. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) gives an indication of the property's heating costs and also gives recommendations as to property improvements and their cost and cost effectiveness.

The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is now recognized and established as a required document.

The normal price for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is £45  (some price additions or reductions may apply)
