The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) gives an energy rating for a specific property. This rating is governed by the property's construction, its type of heating, type of glazing, its proximity to other properties, amongst other factors. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) gives an indication of the property's heating costs and also gives recommendations as to property improvements and their cost and cost effectiveness. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is now recognized and established as a required document. The price for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is negotiable.

INVENTORY SERVICES

Landlord Inventories should be a must for every rented property. The objective of inventory services is to establish the condition and content of a rented property and are carried out by suitably qualified  Inventory Services Clerks. Inventory Services Clerks are independent professionals trained to inspect properties to establish their contents and general decorative condition. These observations of the Inventory Clerks are recorded in an appropriate Landlords Inventory Report.
